1,900-acre State Park. There’s plenty of wooded trails and ponds to explore, and Nickerson also offers more than 400 campsites. You can visit 8 freshwater ponds, some stocked year-round with trout. An 8-mile bike path connects you to the 22-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail, a paved trail through 6 Cape Cod towns. Facilities include an amphitheater, boat ramp, playground, restrooms, showers, bike paths, and trailer/R.V. dumping.
